Manitowoc iAuCs Indigo Series Automatic Ice Machine Cleaning System, 115v

Manitowoc's innovative automatic cleaning system accessory makes the operator's life easier, and keeps the machine's water distribution system clean! Some environments (such as bakeries, factories, restaurant kitchens) make cleaning the ice machine more often than every six months (factory recommendation) a necessity.  With the IAuCS accessory routine ice machine cleanings can be easily scheduled to run periodically automatically, keeping the machine as clean as possible. 

It is a known fact that regularly scheduled preventative maintenance (cleaning) reduces the total operating cost of any ice machine. With IAuCS, you simply select the monthly cleaning frequency through the Indigo display (0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6 months) and AuCS does the rest...automatically.

    • Cleaner is used to remove and control build up of lime scale or other mineral deposits.

  • iAuCS
    • The iAuCS model is for use with all Indigo Series Cubers i300 to i1800 and Indigo QuietQube Models i680C to i2170C. 
    • Not for use with IB models, flake ice machines, or nugget ice machines. Use iBAuCS for IB models.
  • Replenishment
    • AuCS cleaning or sanitizing fluid is provided in either 16 oz. replacement bottles or 1 gallon containers for refilling. (part # 000005163/000005162 or 000005165/000005164)
  • Run Frequency
    • The frequency of cleanings can be set through the menus of the the Indigo ice machine.
  • Sanitizer
    • Sanitizer is used to control algae (slime) and other air borne bacteria (yeast).
  • Warranty
    • 3-year warranty covering all parts and labor from the date of original installation (UV bulb is excluded from this warranty). UV Bulb replacement part warranty 90 days.
